Founded in 2023, G2E Cheer Consulting emerged from the visionary drive of passionate cheer enthusiast Tim Gibson. Fuelled by a deep-rooted love for the sport and a fervent belief in its transformative power, Gibson envisioned a consultancy that would not only elevate cheerleading excellence but also make it accessible to all. Drawing upon his years of experience and expertise, he laid the foundation for G2E with a simple yet powerful mission: to empower individuals to reach their full potential in cheer, regardless of background or circumstance. While still in its humble beginnings, G2E plans to grow into a trusted name in the cheer community, driven by a commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
Meet Coach Tim Gibson, the heart of G2E Cheer Consulting. With a decade of diverse experience in All Star coaching, high school mentorship, and as a seasoned cheer and dance judge, Coach Gibson leads our team with passion and expertise. As we strive to expand, we welcome other talented coaches to join our mission of empowering athletes and advancing the cheerleading community.

G2E stands for "Great to Exceptional," the sole purpose of G2E is to help elevate coaches and athletes to an exceptional level. Athletes and coaches can be great but it takes YOU stepping on the mat, putting in the time, writing the practice plan, etc to truly be Exceptional. G2E is focused on helping you take those steps to exceptional.
